At Family Clinic, we believe that affordable, accessible lab testing should be simple. That’s why we offer direct-to-patient lab services—no doctor’s order required. Whether you need a single test or a complete panel, we provide a wide variety of options at discounted prices. You can choose the labs that fit your needs, and our team will guide you through the process from start to finish. Getting the answers you need has never been easier, faster, or more affordable.

How to order & What to expect

1. Submit Your Order

Select the labs you wish to order by choosing a category from the tabs at the top and checking the box next to each test you would like to request. When a lab is selected, the checkbox will briefly appear white while your mouse is over it. Once you move your cursor away, a check mark will appear, confirming your selection. Each selected lab will automatically populate in the Order Summary section below. You may select as many labs as you wish.

  • After submitting your request, a member of our office will contact you within one business day to schedule your lab draw. If you have not heard from us within one business day, please call 608-222-2700 to schedule your appointment.

2. Your Appointment:

Please arrive on time and ready for your labs ( fasting may be required and is highlighted beside your test). Payment is due at the time of service.

3. Your Results 

Following your appointment, your lab results will be securely uploaded to your patient portal for you to view. If you have not yet created a patient portal account, you will receive an email from our patient portal provider, OptiMantra, with instructions to set up your account.

We use HealthLab to process most lab samples. Our most commonly requested tests are listed below, but hundreds of additional tests are available to you, through HealthLab.

What to Expect Next

  • A member of our laboratory team will contact you within one business day to schedule your lab draw. If you have not heard from us within 24-business hours, please call our office at 608-222-2700.

  • Following your appointment, your lab results will be securely uploaded to your patient portal for you to view. If you have not yet created a patient portal account, you will receive an email from our patient portal provider, OptiMantra, with instructions to set up your account. Most results are available within 2 weeks.

  • Need help interpreting your results? A consultation with one of our providers is available for an additional fee.
